1.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you will need to share product opening video and other supporting evidence to claim refund and once its verified by our support team, we will gladly provide you with a refund in your wallet or in your bank account depending on your choice.
To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery of your order. Kindly provide images of the damaged or defective product to expedite the process.
1.2 Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered then you will need to share product opening video and other supporting evidence to claim refund and once it is verified by our support team, we will arrange for a full refund in your wallet or in your bank account depending on your choice. We may require you to return the incorrect item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
To initiate the refund process, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery of your order. Kindly provide images of the incorrect item and other supporting evidence required by the support team to expedite the process.

Refund on original source: In case of refund to your original mode of payment the amount will be credited within 7-10 working days once it's processed from our end.
2.2 Inspection and Approval: In case of an incorrect item issue, once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours and in case of rejection the item will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued to you.
